Job Description: As a Canvasser, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to mobilize voters and build support for important causes and initiatives. You will be paid $27 - $30 per hour weekly by direct deposit. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting site-based and door-to-door outreach in locations and neighborhoods across Bozeman to engage voters in meaningful conversations.

- Educating community members about critical issues and initiatives on the ballot.

- Building relationships with voters to inspire trust and support for our organization's mission.

- Collecting valuable data and feedback to inform our campaign strategies.

A note to highly experienced canvassers: We are also looking to fill salaried management positions within this office. Please be sure to let our team members know your level of experience when applying for this job. Management positions pay $5,500 / Month.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.

- Previous canvassing or community organizing experience is a plus but not required.
